New Client Info

Thank you for choosing Intensity Works for your workouts. Intensity Works offers “sessions” of  classes, typically one month (10 classes) in length.  New sessions usually begin the first week of each month.  There are no contracts to sign.

Each client will attend classes three times per week on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays at 5:30am.

Each new client must attend a one-time class in Kettlebell Basics.  This will be either one-on-one or small group instruction.  This one-hour class prepares clients to begin using the kettlebell in the classes.  The Kettlebell Swing, Goblet Squat and Turkish Get-Up are introduced.
