Intensity Works’ programs are available to women in good general health between the ages of 21 and 55. (Some exceptions will be considered). All participants must obtain the consent of their physician before beginning any exercise program with Intensity Works and must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability.
Our exercise protocols involve high-intensity interval training. This means that we will exercise in short bursts at a vigorous level, then rest briefly and repeat.
Please note, women who are currently in any stage of pregnancy or who are less than 2 months post-partum may not participate in Intensity Works’ programs. Similarly, our programs are not appropriate for women with certain musculoskeletal conditions such as Achilles tendinosis. Please obtain clearance from your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
