Intensity Works provides results-oriented small group fitness training for women. We work out with functional training tools like kettlebells, sandbags, and jump ropes and combine these with selected bodyweight exercises for an efficient and very effective workout. Our group training classes are kept small (maximum 10 participants) and are held indoors so that we can focus on the workout and not the weather. Healthy women of all fitness levels are welcome. Our workouts are effective, fun and fast, at only 30 minutes from start to finish.
