Our fitness classes provide the most efficient training possible for fat burning and cardiovascular health.
No Contracts
Classes are offered by the month. Each month typically includes 3 classes per week plus one bonus class. Classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30am.
Class Format
Each class includes a 5-minute warm-up and 5-minute cool-down. In between is exactly 20 minutes of high energy exercise consisting of a fusion of kettlebell, sandbag, TRX and bodyweight training.
Monthly Fee to Participate
Those new to Intensity Works will select the Fit Starter for the first month. Thereafter, participants may choose any of the programs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What If I've never trained with kettlebells before?
No problem! Everyone attends a one-hour Kettlebell Basics class before attending their first group class. You'll learn about kettlebell safety and how to deadlift, swing, and squat with a kettlebell, and you'll receive an introduction to the kettlebell Turkish Get Up.
Do I need to do any other exercises or workouts in addition to attending this class?
No. However, please feel free to do the things you enjoy such as walking, jogging, yoga, team sports, etc. No other structured workouts are necessary, but eating a healthy diet is always recommended.
I did some kettlebell training at the Y/another studio/my friend's house. Do I still have to attend Kettlebell Basics?
Yes. Safety first, and it never hurts to have a review even if you have heard it all before! It will be worth your time. :-)
How many calories will I burn?
A LOT!! It does depend on many different factors, including how much effort you put forth, your size and weight, etc. However, some studies have shown that kettlebell training burns as much as 20 calories per minute in a 20-minute workout.
